I see skincare as a calming ritual that connects beauty with wellbeing. I work with the French brand Carelika and focus on intensive hydration, anti-ageing effects and a naturally beautiful complexion. A key part of my treatments is a manual facial massage, which relieves tension, improves microcirculation, supports collagen and elastin production and helps active ingredients absorb more effectively.

Facial treatment steps
- Welcome and filling in a client card.
- Short consultation: your current skincare, products you use, goals and any contraindications.
- Getting you comfortable for the treatment (headband, relaxed position, covering).
- Make-up removal and, if desired, brow and lash shaping/tinting.
- Gentle exfoliation and deep cleansing (ultrasonic spatula + manual extractions).
- Manual facial massage.
- Application of a suitable mask (alginate / cream / gel) according to your skin’s needs.
- Short hand treatment (cream mask).
- Final serums and cream, home-care recommendations and arranging your next appointment.
Most common skin concerns
- Skin dehydration – the most common concern (for most clients). Goal: to replenish moisture in the skin, strengthen the skin barrier and maintain hydration.
- Teenage skin – enlarged T-zone, spots, comedones, occasional inflamed breakouts, uneven texture and redness. Goal: to balance oil and hydration, ensure regular cleansing with a beautician and establish good home-care habits.
